We perform age appropriate movements in our seniors fitness classes to improve mobility, coordination and stamina. We incorporate neuroplastic, "body- brain" coordination exercises to improve quick recall and mental sharpness. We understand that balance is an important concern, so we always make sure to run you through a variety of balance exercises that work for most ability levels. And since knee, hip, low back and shoulder issues are so common, we provide exercises that will limit your risk of experiencing them in the first place.
Our seniors fitness program has been running for over a decade and our members can't get enough of it! The program is run by certified Personal Trainer and Active Aging Specialist, Lionel Doonan. He will always take the time to address your personal concerns and to implement a program that works for your needs. Personal training is available upon request.
