Our Instructors
Our instructors have been working with children for over 25 years. They are parents, former kindergarten teachers and trainers of junior national champions in Canada and the USA. Kids dance is a priority in the DQ dance studio!
Ballroom Lessons For Little Kids
Ages 4 - 6
From September 9 until December 16 2024, every Monday from 4:45pm to 5:30pm. $224 for 14 lessons.
This is an introduction to ballroom dancing specifically designed for our youngest dancers. We want our little kids to have fun, let off some energy and enjoy moving to music! They will be introduced to a variety of dances and rhythms and make friends along the way.
Ballroom Lessons For Kids
Ages 7 - 12
From September 9 until December 19 2024, every Thursday from 6:15pm to 7:00pm. $224 for 14 lessons.
This class is designed for kids who would like an introduction to ballroom and latin dancing. It’s well suited for both kids who are new to dance and to kids who have previous experience with other dances.
Ballroom Lessons for Teens
Ages 13 - 17
From September 9 until December 20 2024, every Friday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. $448 for 14 lessons.
This class is designed for teens who would like to learn ballroom and latin dancing. It’s a 90 min class where we’ll cover both ballroom and latin every week. We will adjust the lessons and the figures to accommodate the level of your teen. No partner is required to register
Ballet Lessons For Little Kids
Ages 4 - 6
From September 8 until December 15, every Sunday from 10AM to 10:45AM. $224 for 14 lessons.
This is beginners ballet class where we will cover the basic principles, posture and movements all in a fun and accessible setting.
