Frequently Asked Questions

Do you already host martial arts classes?

Yes — martial arts classes run regularly at our studio. We’re a familiar and welcoming environment for martial arts instructors and their students.

Can I use the ballroom for weapons practice?

Yes. The ballroom has a high, clear ceiling with no overhead obstructions, making it fully suitable for weapons forms including swords, staffs, and fans.

Which space should I choose?

If your class needs open space, large group capacity, or involves weapons or extended movement, the ballroom is the right choice. For smaller groups, striking arts, internal practice, or private sessions, the small studio works well.

Do you have mats available?

Our spaces are suited to martial arts that do not require fall mats, crash mats, or tatami flooring. Both studios have quality wooden floors — appropriate for standing practice, forms, striking arts, and weapons work, but not for disciplines involving throws, takedowns, or ground impact.

If your discipline requires matting, please get in touch before booking and we’ll be happy to discuss whether our spaces will work for your needs.

You are welcome to bring your own equipment, weapons, and training props. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific equipment.

Can I book a one-off seminar or workshop?

Absolutely. One-time bookings are welcome alongside recurring weekly arrangements. Get in touch to check availability.

Can I store equipment at the studio?

For recurring renters, storage may be possible depending on the equipment. Get in touch and we’ll see what we can work out.
