Hatha Yoga for Beginners: Starts August 31st from 7:00-8:00pm. This will be an ongoing class, running every Wednesday.
Students are welcome to drop in any week with no previous experience.
Classes are $100 per month for all 4 yoga classes plus all weekly Strength and Conditioning classes, or $15 for drop ins.

This is a great class for adults of all ages to improve cardio, build strength, improve posture and work away at chronic aches and pains. We will have you feeling the best that you have felt in years! Workouts are circuit based and programmed so that you will never be bored. These classes run in our workout gym/strength room.
Our trainers are fully certified, seasoned fitness professionals who will be happy to help you lose fat, gain muscle, tone up, or get back into active life after suffering an injury. For personal training, please contact us directly via phone or email.
